If you are an I (Influential) style, you are outgoing, persuasive and optimistic. You like to interact with people and have fun. To deal with other Is, be positive, energetic and creative. T

If you are an S (Steady) style, you are calm, loyal and dependable. You like to work in a stable and harmonious environment. To deal with other Ss, be supportive, understanding and consistent.

If you are a C (Conscientious) style, you are careful, analytical and quality-oriented. You like to work in a structured and orderly way. To deal with other Cs, be precise, thorough and objective.
